Signature Unchecked by Default?

How can I make it so that the box for "Show Signature" box will be unchecked by default. I'm having problems getting my members (with long image heavy) signatures to "remember" to uncheck the box when they are posting for a second time in a thread and I think just them having to actually check it would help out ALOT with the problem of their forgetfulness. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Just go into the newreply and newthread templates, and remove $signaturechecked. (found towards the bottom)

Now, into Templates you go!
