Probably an easy question!

I have been customising my board but after changing the banner I got left with an white/gray bar across the top of the page.

I have tryed everything I can think of to get rid of this but cant seem to get rid of it (its not in the original pic). Does anyone know what im doing wrong?

In the header remove the part that calls a table backgound of

"menu_background.gif"

Thats what is showing.

Believe it or not I'm not quite smart enough to copy and paste it. I type it in fresh every time!
