Depth of forums

in the vbb options i can set the depth of forums to be shown..
but i got this situation:

- Cat
-- Cat
--- Forum
-- Cat
--- Forum

even though i set the depth to 3..
it only shows:

- Cat
-- Cat
-- Cat

anyone have any suggestion how i can fix this?

What does the depth do? I would like my forums to have titles then go directly to the forum. How do I do this? Do I set my forum to one?

If you want depth of 3 to work, you need to open up the 'forumbit_xxx_level2' templates, and add custom 'forumbit_xxx_level3' templats with the same content.

LuBi: The depth simply sets how many levels of forums can be seen on the main page. For example, level 1 just shows categories. Level 2 (the default) shows categories and forums. Level 3 shows categories, forums, and one level of sub forums. And so on

If you register at SitePointForums.com, you can set teh forum depth in the user control panel, so you can see the various different settings.
