Creating custom footer using "include" ?

Hi Guys,

Currently we have a footer template we use for our Gallery and our CMS. I would like to be able to use this in vBulletin without having to go through the effort of recreating it, or moreso, each time we do an update to the footer having to individually update the VB footer.

We simply use the following:

include('/home/joel/add_banners/website_banner_large.php');

Can I use this in the vBulletin footer template ? And how can I include it in there as it doesn't seem to be working.

Lastly, is it here, or at VB.org that I should be asking about template questions?
