new buttons coming soon

Here is a snippet of buttons to come, http://www.nutrocker.co.uk/vbulletinbuttons6.html I have many more colors in the pipeline and I hope to get these done at 2 - 4 color sets per week.

I have used the existing graphics, changed the color pallett and used my own font choice.
I think they make for clearer, cleaner images.
A zip file will be available for each set.

Hmm I think I prefer the old ones myself, but that's just my opinion.

I will hopefully be covering all the colors listed on my color chart I may miss some out if they are too dark or too bright

Could someone tell me how I would change the color pallette? I have Photoshop 5.5 so it should be easy. Although I have had it for almost 1 1/2 years now, I still don't know what all the features are?

get a book! RTFM! lol. Go into the mode and change it to 16 or 24 bit color. Use the colors you want. Then change the mode to indexed color. Save for web. Set colors to match the one you want (depending upon icons I usually use no more than 32 colors unless it's an image pic or icon). That's it in a nutshell to increase the palette and then limit it to colors used. I think that's where you are going.

Sorry to say, im glad to see ya making buttons, but there to flat? The new ones are much better, and easier to make. I can bang out a color set, in about 20 mins, including folders, PM buttons, the works. And why don't you add a outline, or drop shadow to the text? JUST SAYING, don't take my comments as put downs! Plus smachol I have a few fonts that look slick small, and plain, email if ya like em.

KISS concept - and an apology

They may be flat but IMO they are CLEANER than the previous ones and the existing new ones.

Buttons should be EASY to read, and in my opinion, these are not Way too 'fuzzy.'

That is why I am making these I appreciate your comments but I always learnt to 'keep it simple stupid' KISS concept

The other buttons/images can be easily changed with Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro etc. by a board admin to match mine.

If I am missing any 'major' buttons then someone let me know OR I am really wasting my time.
