Browse to the Admin Control Panel , and login as full administrator with style manage-permission.

    http://www.yourdomain.com/forumpath/admincp/

    (path)
Admin Control Panel > Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Dropdown: Edit Templates > Select the footer template and click on the button [customize]

I've already changed that template, that makes changes to the footer within the forum, not the footer in the controlpanel that the admin and mods see. unless i am missing something??????

I am sorry, as we only have templates for the forum and not the control panel I assumed you meant the front-end part of the forum.

If you want to modify the footer of the admin control panel you have to customize the source code. What exactly do you want to change?

I want to add an additional link and some text down there. If its not a template, can you tell me which file to make the change in and I'll just edit the source code? Thanks.

Floris answered this in post #2. That is the location of the footer template.

Plain as day to me that he is asking about the control panels not the forums. You guys need some sleep

beansbaxter, I suggest you ask at vbulletin.org because that involves modifying the files and they most likely can't help you with that here.

                    good luck!

yeah, didnt think it would be that hard to find out which source file to change the footer in the CP, not the forum (sigh)...

ill try .org and see what happens there....(sigh again)
