Template making

Yup, I came into this vBulletin BB blind as a bat! Been looking for a program of some sort to make my own templates and can't find 1, then I come to find that it's a .xml file which I have no clue on how to edit or anything like that-- can someone help me out as I'm looking to create my own? Thanks

You don't want to edit the xml file.

You do have a program to make a style, its vBulletin

AdminCP > Styles & Templates > Style Manager >

You now have access to every aspect of your styles
