is it encoded with UTF-8 ? I'm getting an error

Yes, it's UTF-8 coded. The problem seems to be a </string> missing tag. I'm trying to catch it and fix it.

Done, i've fixed it and re-attached again.

it's not the XML formatting, I'm getting an error in the editor saying corrupted UTF8 file

I opened e re-saved forcing UTF-8 coding in my text editor preferences. I've upload it again. Hope it works
