I have problems importing this file... it must be encoded with UTF-8 or UTF-16

I looked at it and it turned out that editing the file using wordpad will display the unicode chars correctly while editing, but after closing/reopning the file, the chars will be converted to ???.
So I have to redo the whole file using another editor that doesn't mess up the unicodes.
I'll reupload anewer version as soon as possible.

I have added a newer version of the file. Made sure it is UTF-8 and the Arabic chars are displayed correctly.
Let me know if there is any issue with the file or the phrases.
