    Where is the Offcial Arabic Language Pack

    I have just downloaded vbulletin 4.2.0 PL2 but could not find the arabic language pack.
    Two months ago I received an email from vbulletin stating that from vb 4.1.12, there is an offcial translation to Arabic.

    Where is it?
