Prefix vb3_ do I have to translate?

I have been translating and in FAQ title I see prefix like vb3_ replying

Is this something old from vb_3 and does not have to be translated or is this still used?

Although the phrase variable has vb3 in the name it is still used in vB4, so you should translate those phrases if you want the FAQ in your language.
