What does "Daily Group Message" mean?

In vB 4.0, when you're not logged in and click "Today's Posts" in the main menu, the menu on the page that appears contains the phrase "Daily Group Message". The varname is $vbphrase[daily_group_message]. I'd like to translate that phrase.

But what on earth does it mean? I assume it refers to social groups, but what kind of message comes daily

Does it convey the same meaning as "Today's Group Messages"? If so, why isn't it phrased like that?

When I click it on vbulletin.com/forum/ to get an idea, I just get the message "Sorry - no matches. Please try some different terms."

If so, why isn't it phrased like that?

Thanks zCarot, I'll translate it as "Today's Group Messages".
