The correct syntax of the x_powered_by_vbulletin phrase is:

{1} - Powered by vBulletin

In this way the required information will be shown in the forum title.

I wrote the title like this because I don't know which phrase it is.

When browsing a thread, I can neither see "Powered by vBulletin" phrase nor my forum's name on page title.

For example, a thread title should be like "A thread - Forum's Name - Powered by vBulletin", am I wrong?

I've reverted "x_powered_by_vbulletin" in all languages but nothing's changed.
