    Well, vBulletin is a registered trademark, and the owner decides whether he wants it translated or transliterated. If they say no, we want it displayed this way, that's how it is. Honestly I really don't see the big issue. Do you really think your visitors even care whether that notice is transliterated or not? I honestly can't imagine...

    may be you should read the posts first?
    sorry. the correct word I should use is: Transliteration.
    I transliterated 'vBulletin' and I translated other parts.

    In our language, anyone would pronounce "ভিবুলেটিন" as vee-bu-le-teen (i.e., vBulletin).
    Just like if my name is "আকাশ", I'd write it as "Aakash" in English instead of "Sky".

    Also, how to I translate numbers?
    0 => ০
    1 => ১
    2 => ২
    3 => ৩
    ...
    10 => ১০
    20 => ২০
    ...
    99 => ৯৯
    ...and so on

    Translating the copyright text

    Also please note that we do not allow translation of the copyright notice. Please leave it in tact (English, default). You are however allowed to add your translation copyright notice, or credits, in the same phrase.
    Is this rule still valid?
    If so, can you guys reconsider it?

    As long as the text is properly translated and links are kept intact, I don't see the problem in translating the copyright text.

    for example, I'd like to write "vBulletin" as "ভিবুলেটিন"
    I've seen many forums (running phpbb, punbb etc) "translating" the copyright text. so why not vBulletin?
