changed phrase not visible on website

Hi;

i used vbulletin in different language.

After my version upgrade i try to change "registration_complete" phrase in error messages but it is not visible in the client side of vbulletin. i still see the old phrase. But when i login admincp to check the phrase i see the updated phrase.

How can it display the old phrase while it is updated and seem updated in admincp
