vBulletin in all languages! :)

Hello,

our community got many international members and I thought when I would got the actual english UTF-8 language packs of vb3.7, blogs and project tools, then I could ask our members to translate into their language.

Now, where I always get the latest english UTF-8 language files from? And when there's an update, how could I rip only the new phrases from this file to put them into the actual (ukrainian i.e.) language pack?

I think the language support in vbulletin and on the website here really needs an improvement

There is no official English UTF-8 language pack. Sorry.
