where can I find those phrases related to end user

I do not want to translate the whole thing it will take all my life
I know english I can take care of control panel]
I just want to translate those phrases related to visitors and users visiting my forum

some body give me a logical answer please

Phrases aren't divided into groups by where they are used.

Translate the phrases for all the groups that don't begin with cp, that should cover the frontend.

well don't think any body can answer that!
This is a big problem. I think the control panel and end user phrases whould be on seperate files like phpbb
which has admin land and main lang.

There is no built-in way to do this. The closet you can come is to translate only those phrase groups that do not begin with 'Control Panel'.
