Using Admin CP -> Download/Uploading Languages -> Download is not getting.

I already translated 80% of the version 3.7.0-RC4.
This translation this being used in the site www.vb-brasil.org (Community vBulletin Brazil).
I am finishing the translation with base in the version 3.7.0 (gold).
I get to matter and to export my translation (pt-br) for files .xml.
I don't get to export the language in English for file .xml.
I want to compare my file .xml in Portuguese from Brazil, with the file .xml in the English language.
I am trying to use the same routine: Admin CP -> Downloade/uploading Languages -> English Language US -> Download
I don't get a positive result for the language in English. Only the beginning of the file.
