Plz Help: Arabic Language for 3.6.8

I just purchased and Installed 3.6.8 and unfotunatelly I did not find Ar Pack Transalation file to uploaded via the language mamager.

I downloaded the file which posted here by mosds.net. But it does not works, its output ???????????? insteade of Arabic.

Anyone is expert in this field can help us, plz

First off, to avoid any potential issues, I strongly recommend against using third party downloads. We can't guarantee they're working.
