how creat arabic language xml for utf-8?

hello
utf-8 im my forum work with english language
but with arabic language here

i try translate some word of english language and its work!!!
but if i use arabic language in above threade its not work
so what is problem?

Do the same thing you did w/ the database backup, except this time, open the language xml file, select source encoding, and save as utf-8 w/o BOM. It may also be handy to change the encoding on the XML's header to UTF-8... but I don't think vB's engine actually reads that.

After you import it via admin cp, double check the languaeg settings to make sure that the arabic language's charset is set to utf-8 and the reading is set to right to left.
