Trying to create Urdu translation in utf-8 format!

    Hello,

I have set up a test vbulletin forum on my localhost environment. I am using the following server side components:

    Apache 2.0.59
    MySQL 5.0
    php 4.4

The collation of the database is utf8_unicode_ci. After installing the forum I have changed the encoding of the default encoding to utf-8. I then created a new language Urdu and also set its encoding to utf-8. The problem is whenever I try to download this language, the XML file always contains
ISO-8859-1 as encoding and the translated phrases are jumbled up.

I will appreciate any help in this regard.

    Thanks,

XML files are always ISO encoded, the content might be different. This is intentional. It isnt' a problem.
