polish language problem

i want to convert my forum to polish language and have version 3.5.4
how to do that?

This message is most likely being caused by a firewall of virus checking software you may have installed. Disable these while you download the file then re-enable them.

how remove select language from forum

hi all
now i polish language upload to my forum but i face small problem
i want remove from normal visitor or member to select language of forum
i want polish anly
can someone help me on that?
