    Thanks...

Is that mean that the xml file is belongs to the users' part ? Which parts should I translate for the parts users/members/visitors will sea/read ? Because I don't want to spend my time by translating the admin cp since I can use it with my English. Many thanks...

Translate everything except the Control Panel phrase groups.

No I don't. As I said you should do your translation via the Admin CP, not the xml file.

That does not change our rules magically .. Our forums are English only, regardless if you talk to staff or not.

We can't create an official distributor for each language in the world. In the last few years we've expanded our company with additional languages on both spectrums of the globe, such as German and Hungarian, Chinese and are always considering expanding business. Doesn't mean it is a given that more will be added, or more can be added.

I cannot understand your decision, this is a commercial product and Turkish is a very popular language in web just like Spanish and Portuguese.
Why don't you hire a professional translator to make official translations to these languages, which will not cost much to you, but also improve your sales. I'm ready to pay extra $50 for each language. This will probably give my forum more professional look.

                    Just my $0.02

This is not a discussion that's suitable in a public thread like this. Feel free to contact Jelsoft Enterprises Limited via a sales mail and request to be forwarded to the business manager.
