    Partial language problem, in e-mails only

    We are not sure if you support officially the other languages, but here is very strange issue.

    We had installed Russian language pack from phprus. And all works just fine. Thanks to him for this:-) We check the correct tuning of encoding.

    Except the one thing.

    Some e-mails comes with signs like this
    &# 1090;&# 1077;&# 1089;&# 1090;&# 1080;&# 1088;&# 1091;&# 1077;&# 1084;
    Basically, it's some interpretation of Russian letters.
    The strange thing that topic there this is located looks very correctly.

    The most direct example are next. If we press in our forum the button "report to moderator" then in subject of letter it comes with such "signs". And also topic of thread inside the letter looks the same. We also noticed that if to look inside html code, on "report to moderator" page, then we'll notice that topic inside there in same signs. So here is the question, how to correct it?

    Basically report to moderators links doesn't bother us too much. But we got ALL e-mails with such signs in subject and if we got invitations about new posts in topic, then topic title and subject of letter are in same signs:-(

    Also, note, that body of letter are good, and doesn't have same problems. This is why we can't say that this is local language problem. If the body would have the same problem...

    Please, help us to resolve possible reasons.

    This does sounds like a problem with this Language Pack. Maybe you should post about this in the discussion thread for this pack:
