Chinese Traditional Package?

there is a place with chinese traditional language set for 3.0.3 download; but the website is hosted in China, and they have links to download vB illegally, and after numerous reports, I still see their website running... so I don't think I can post that URL...

I checked with steve eariler through PM, he thinks it is probably the best if someone who is actually a paid member to post up their own translation instead of stealing off from it. I'm 1 "forum dollar" too short on that site to download the language pack, so I can't really post it as well :/
