But one interesting thing, it's blinking on Opera and don't blinking on Explorer?

Well that's strange I'm sure it blinked OK for me in IE, plus there just standard animated gifs created using Animation Shop Pro that comes with Paintshop Pro package using two frames

In what dirrectory you put the file?

You just overwrite the default ones with these new blinking ones that have the same name.
