I created some squarlies (i.e. smilies) for my forum some time ago. Since I no longer use them, I would like to post them here for the vBulletin community. (I've updated my squarlies -- the updated versions are copyrighted!) These original squarlies are released under Creative Commons (http://creativecommons.org/) as I believe that license is inline with the submissions guidelines here.
Remember that CC states:
* You must give the original author credit.
Please credit "iDevGames.com" (link http://www.idevgames.com/)
* You may not use this work for commercial purposes.
(You can use them on a commercial website/forum -- just don't sell them!)
Note to admins: If CC is not appropriate, please let me know.
About the squarlies:
If you like Japanese style graphics, then these are for you. I live in Japan, so they are influenced by the culture here. Some of the emotions might be hard to understand for non-Japanese pop culture addicts/non-Japanese. If memory serves me corrrect, the attachment should include some PSD files for the animated emotions as well. See attachment for a sample of squarlies' work.
Enjoy
