    How do I change the delay between emails being sent?

    You can change the delay between each email that’s sent. Please remember that this controls the delay between emails, and not between batches which can slow down your email system dramatically.



    To begin, login to the AdminCP. Click on the ‘Settings’ header and from there, click on the ‘Options’ menu. A form with a scroll menu will open. From the menu, select the ‘Email Options’’ option.

    How do I change the number of emails sent per batch?

    If you want to disable Cron Based Email Sending, login to the AdminCP. Once you’re in, click on the ‘Settings’ header and then click on the ‘Options’ menu. A form with a scroll menu will open. From the menu, select the ‘Email Options’’ option.



    The page will refresh with another form. Scroll down to the ‘User Cron Based Sending’’ header. Select the ‘No’ radio button and scroll down to the bottom of the page to click ‘Save’. This will turn the feature off.
