Rebuild Custom Avatar Thumbnails i got error

Hello to all


i have problem with my forum.. when i click rebuild custom avatar i got that error...


i delete all files in my server and install new files and upgrade to vb 3.7.3 but still got that error...



anybody have idea how to fix this ?

No errors occurred while opening the uploaded file for reading.



i enabled the
Safe Mode Upload Enabled

and i set the tmp dir.. still i got that error sir..

That most recent error appears to be from a bad tmp directory that you set in your:

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Server Settings and Optimization Options -> Safe Mode Temporary Directory

Make sure you specify a valid and writable directory.

i also set to /tmp but still error.. where can i found tmp folder ? i try to look to my vb files but i can't see there.. any guide please

Most servers have one at /tmp, but you may need to just create one somewhere on the server. A tmp directory needs to be fully writable (chmod 777).

after uploading here is the mesage.. and avatar not uploaded...


But when i disable the Options>>Server Settings and Optimization Options>>Safe Mode Temporary Directory... i got error but the files succesfully uploaded

You need to use the full path to your folder.

You'll need to check phpinfo or ask your host to the FULL path to your folder.

What is the full path you are using? Check it in your phpinfo:

Admin CP -> Maintenance -> View PHP Info

At the bottom you will see a setting like this:

_SERVER["DOCUMENT_ROOT"] ... /full/path/to/webroot

For example, if the above path reads:

/home/yoursite.com/public_html

And you created the tmp directory in your FTP program at:

/public_html/tmp

Then the full path to the tmp directory is:

/home/yoursite.com/public_html/tmp

You have to piece it together. Most of the time your FTP program only shows the ending part of the path.

Thank you very much sirJake Bunce my problem now solved... i just copy the /full/path/to/webroot from my _SERVER["DOCUMENT_ROOT"] and all are ok... thanks you again sir
