if i delete the database forum table is there a way to get it back..... also how do i dump my database back in to the forum...please help me vbulletin lite

the problem is that i didn't want to move the file but i accidently delete the table structure of forum....i don't know what to go...everything in the forum it delete.....data and table structure....i have the back database....so can you help me out....Comment
