Leased License - $85

A leased license grants you the right to run vBulletin on one web server and one web site for each license purchased for 1 year from the date of order. Each license may power one instance of vBulletin on one domain. During the year, you will have unlimited access to the member area, where you can download updated versions of the software. At the end of the year, you must purchase another license in order to continue to run vBulletin.
Owned License - $160

An owned license grants you the right to run vBulletin on one web server and one web site for each license purchased for an unlimited time. Each license may power one instance of vBulletin on one domain. Included in this package is one year's access to the member area, where you can download updated versions of the software. If you require access to the member area after the year has elapsed, you can renew your access for $30 per year.

vBulletin Project Tools

License - $50

A vBulletin Project Tools license is a one-time fee that grants you the right to install Project Tools into your existing vBulletin installation, and provides you with software versions as long as the linked vBulletin license remains active. Your license to use Project Tools is valid and effective only so long as you continue to hold a valid license for the use of vBulletin, and it may not be disassociated from that license.

Services
Professional Installation - $135 per license

If you are unfamiliar with PHP/MySQL or server configuration, you may choose to pay for professional installation. This option includes one first time installation of vBulletin on your server. Note: Each service ordered covers installation of one license on one server. Our current price for installation is $135 per license. Installation does not include importation of posts, user information or styles from other forum software.

Branding Free Option - $120 per license

All vBulletin communities must retain the vBulletin and Jelsoft copyright text at the end of every page as per the license agreement. If you would like to legally remove this branding, you can purchasing the branding free option, which costs $120 per license. This only allows you to remove the Jelsoft/vBulletin copyright information from the front end pages. Please also note this does not allow you to rebrand the software with another name.

Support

Standard Support - $0

Our standard support package is included with every license at no extra cost, and gives you access to a number of online support services:

  • Ticket System: For official Jelsoft support, you can submit a ticket via the members area. Most tickets submitted using this system are answered by a Jelsoft technician within 4 hours.

  • vBulletin Community: As a licensed vBulletin customer, you will be given access (dependent on your acceptance of the forum rules) to post messages in the technical support forums within the vBulletin community message board.

Toll-Free Telephone Support - $60/$180/$300

If you would prefer the extra service of being able to talk to a vBulletin support technician via the telephone, please purchase one of our telephone support contracts. The short term contract (available for $60) will give you unlimited access to our toll-free technical support line for a full month... more than enough time for us to guide you through the product installation and setup.

We also offer longer term support contracts (length of 6 or 12 months) available for $180 and $300 respectively.

The toll-free telephone service is available from 9am - 5pm PST (GMT -8), Monday to Friday.
