Ok my problem is that if a make any changes on my admin cp they actually do not change.
Lets say i am chaning the vBulletin Options and then i click save changes.
it looks that it saves the changes but actually it dosen't. If i go back it will still be the same.
I am running
1) php 4.2.2 on windows2k professional and IIS 5
2) mysql 3.23.52 for windows2k again
3) vbulleting 2.2.6
how can i fix this?
