some members can access other member's user cps!!

I don't know if something more sinister is going on here but on the face of it, it looks like a couple of users are able to access another user's cp

It's happening at another vbulletin site I am a member of, not my own

Most likely these two people are either the same individual playing games or the passwords were guessed or divluged in some way.
