Got board install, cant enter UserCP

I have gotten all the way through the installation, now I am having a new problem.

I am getting this error, anyone seen it or know what it may be?

Unable to add cookies, header already sent.

figured it out, I deleted the ?> from the bottom of the config.php

Well, you have to know that "?>" is the php closing-tag. It's like "</html>", but this one is for php.

If removing this one resolves your problems, there is something wrong, really wrong, with your webserver configuration...

The ending ?> should be left. The problem was most likely white space after that tag.

another example is: the vB code. i'm going to use the "img" tag for an example.
[.img] [/img] (Don't count the period in front of the first tag) will work just fine
but if you remove a bracket, [img][/img , it won't work anymore.
