Quick Reply-Click turned off but still need to click

We have a problem in only some of our forums. We have turned off the need to click the small image in order to do a quick-reply. So, it should be possible in all forums to do a quick-reply without the need to click on the small icon. This is something, which would make big problems with our users...

It works on most forums. But there are some, where you still need to click on that icon. Is there a way to undo that? Or is it just a bug?

We found the problem. Seems as if it was imported through the styles, which we premade. So this is maybe a bug with the style-importer...

Not yet - I am not sure, if it is a bug... Or maybe they did this on purpose.
