Technically that 2nd isn't allowed.

"A nomination must be seconded by a non-biased person before it will be accepted as a nomination. That means the second must come from somebody who is not affiliated with the board being nominated. (I know this will be difficult to inforce but please comply.) "

But if someone else nominates it im not alllowed to second it?

Is that right? If so whats the difference? Please explain.

Step $8 reads..

"A nomination must be seconded by a non-biased person before it will be accepted as a nomination."

Does that not explain it right there? A NON-BIASED person must second your board!
