Defaulting user privacy options?

Its great that we can allow users to choose if their member profiles are public.

However, how do I set the default value to "registered members only" (default is "everyone"). I realize many users might not check these settings so I'd like to default them to more private settings.

There is no option to change the default for those privacy options. That requires custom code. If you have some coding ability then you can post on www.vbulletin.org for help with this.
