[Problem] with profile options

Hello!
I was paid attention for problem in user profile.

Look on this examples:

1)The worng profile


2) The right profile:


I dont know whay somtimes i see the worng profile.

That can't be.
I see the right profile when i use in firefox.
but in internet explorer, i see the worng profile.

I try to delete the cache, but the problem still exist(for me and several other members).

You have any advice?

have you any hacks or addons installed?. if so try disable them see if it helps.

Sorry, i was so insisted.
Anyway, i add "define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);"(Disable all of hacks) in config.php file.
and the problem still exist

and what about try use the default skin see if that helps. could do with a link too.

In the default skin i see the right profile allways(weird :S).
which template i should to reset?

Before you do, check your usertitle html, if you havent closed a tag properly then you will often get display issues on your profile. Happens all the time to me on my board as I allow certain users to have html in their usertitle.

I was check user title html, and all tags are closed.

By the way, in firefox & opera(i didn't check in chrome) it's work perfect(without any problems - the right profile).
