    removing version number

    I found and changed the version number which is printed at the bottom of every page. For security reasons it slows down hackers looking for a specific bugged version in Google search.

    But then I noticed in the source of every single page is:
    <meta name="generator" content="vBulletin 3.6.8" />

    How can I remove or change that?

    Id sure like to know too, I understand that Jelsoft wants to be credited for their work in developing Vbulletin, but I think to have Vbulletin plastered all over everything is a bit rediculous if you ask me!!! ...Especially if you have purchased the branding free option.

              I removed the following from the template and that removed the version number from the "View Source" data.

              <meta name="generator" content="vBulletin $vboptions[templateversion]" />

              Thank you for the information, Appreciate it.
