Warning Invalid argument supplied for foreach......

i seemed to have overcome my upgrade problem by doing a fresh install of 3.6.0 and then using impex to import my old database.

i have one small issue though.
on my admin panel when i select show all settings in vbulletin options i get this error message

Warning Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /includes/adminfunctions_options.php on line 124

i get this errror above the following tables - Image settings,User Listing & Profile Viewing, BB Code Settings, Forums Home Page Options,Thread Display Options (showthread)

should i be worried?

Make sure you do not have any non default XML files in the includes/xml directory.
