DB of VB3.0.7 & VB 3.5.4

I lost my vb folder while I still have my DB of the old version 3.0.7

I wanna install 3.5.4

Will there be any problem using the same DB.

Backup your database, Upload the 3.5.4 files, edit the config.php and use the old database info, and run install/upgrade.php.
