Restoring a database to a server with an older ver of mysql

Ive been having issues with my former host that couldnt be resolved. They were using version 4.1.15 of Mysql. Will it be possible for me to import the forum database on a server running a 3.23.49 version?

Unfortunately not unless you generated a 4.0.x compliant backup using the mysql compatible flag.
