    Are you using a style developed for 3.5?
    Have you tried the default style?
    Have you tried the default LAnguage?
    Does your host have mod_security enabled?

        You can test this by going to any page and adding

        u=%u0123

        to the end of a URL to test, if you get an error message its mod_security.

        Though the best way to test is Firefox, it gives far more detailed error messages than Internet Explorer.

            If you want to post your URL its a quick test to see if it is the case. Firefox is also another way to test if you wish to do it yourself.

            Try an Ajax feature then check the JavaScript Error Console that is available within the Tools menu.

                Well it isn't mod_security if you can provide a test account I'll give it a quick test to see if Firefox will identify the error.

                    You have no Language Encoding set, utf-8 or win-1251 or whatever the standard hebrew set it within the langauge manager.

                        Go to the Language Manager and insert the character set for the language as I said in my post above.

                            Your PHP distribution needs to have iconv enabled for this to work correctly, else you'll need to disable "Problematic Ajax" features within the admin panel.
