    Thats a browser problem then, nothing to do with vBulletin.

        It could be the proxy that is causing the problem by sending incorrect request data.

        Your webserver is basically saying "I dont know what you are asking for"

            That could be a problem with a custom template / phrase when it shows %2$s, do you have modifications to the navbar at all?

                Its hard to predict if thats the case if there is a modification thats controlling it, by default there is no link in any parts of the vBulletin which causes that error.

                Can you get your user to give you *exact* steps to reproduce the problem on your board. Like is she logged in when she starts the process, where does she click.
