Strikethrew on usertitle

As you can see from the screenshot for some odd reason there is a striketrew line on all members user title. And if you highlight it and then deselect it, it goes away. Any help would be greatly appriciated.

Without seeing the HTML / CSS its hard to guess what is it. There are numerous ways to get strikethrough.

I have the same issue. I would like to get rid of that line altogether. Where would I find the HTML/CSS regulating that line.

I'm guessing the last part of this is where I want to make any changes, but..... the "***** don't change the following *****" has me a bit apprehensive to make any changes there.
