My scroll is Lift side

i have a problem with my scroll bar
look my forum my scroll is lift side how can bring to Right?

and in the firefox i dont have any problem just in internet exploler

Internet explorer does this automatically when you define a Right To Left language. Firefox has a bug which prevents this at the moment.

That's a browser setting.
The scrollbar is showing on the right side for me.

You can't fix this problem since its working as intended. Microsoft intentionally place the scrollbar on the left hand side for a Right to left language as expected.

I see a bar on the right hand side too with Safari.
