Moderator's 'Mod' CP Link won't appear

Myself (Super Admin), the Admins and Super Mods can see the Mod link at the bottom. Assigned Mods cannot.
They are Specifically set to moderate in certain area, not just dumped in the Mod Usergroup, and they cannot see the link. They can get in manually, however, by typing in /modcp

If I spend much more time browsing these forums, I could be subjected to: 1. Burnt retinas, 2. Angry customers, 3. Lack of moderation, 4. Arguments.
This used to be a nice place; what the hell's gone wrong?

You need to be in the moderator group to see the link just as you have to be within the administrator group to see the admin link.
