Best way to import users from a vb db?

I am starting up a sister site to the one I currently run and I'd like to import the users from the old forum into the new. Both databases and files on are on the same server. Whats the easiest way of accomplishing this?

(I have mulitple liscences for the curious)

Set up ImpEx on the target vBulletin.

Set the source as the site with the users.

Run module 001 (check db), 003 (import usergroups) and 004 (import users).

Set up usergroups.

Job done
