Error Upgrading 3.5.0 to 3.5.3

Not sure if this has already been posted but I get the following error when I try to upgrade, any ideas?

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: verify_optimizer_environment() in /home/nas01l/s/smokersforums.org/user/htdocs/install/upgradecore.php on line 394

All the files needed have been uploaded, please help I am desperate to get the site running again, ta!

You did not upload all the 3.5.3 files. This function is defined in includes/adminfunctions.php.

Thanks Steve, a couple of files did not upload properly, that's fixed it
