How do I change the default for Switch Editor Mode?

(This is a re-post from another thread)

I would like to change the default for the 'Switch Editor Mode' so full WYSIWYG is displayed first when 'EDIT' 'Go Advanced' is selected.

EG: When you go to edit a post that was made using WYSIWYG you select 'Go Advanced' but you still have to click if you want to use WYSIWYG so it's looking like it should.

What I'm asking is how can it be set to be on first by default, so as soon as you click 'Go Advanced' the posts are shown in FULL WYSIWYG mode first?

    Thanks for reading

That's a user option. Go into your User CP and select the full WYSIWYG editor.

You can set the default for new registrations in your:

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> User Registration Options -> Default Registration Options

You can mass update the preferences of exsiting users in your:

Admin CP -> Maintenance -> Execute SQL Query

There is a menu with predefined queries. You must have permission to execute queries in your includes/config.php file:

      Code:
//	****** USERS WITH QUERY RUNNING PERMISSIONS ******
//	The users specified here will be allowed to run queries from the control panel.
//	See the above entries for more information on the format.
//	Please note that the ability to run queries is quite powerful. You may wish
//	to remove all user IDs from this list for security reasons.
      $config['SpecialUsers']['canrunqueries'] = '';

        Thnaks for your help but...

Sorry guys but I feel your not getting me here, I know I can turn it on using the adminCP and Execute SQL Query and I done so.
I have the WYSIWYG editor turned on in every setting on my board for all members old and new BUT if I want to EDIT a post that was made using WYSIWYG I still have to click on the button after selecting 'Go Advanced' to have it working fully.

OK try it for yourself, EDIT a post that was made using WYSIWYG, after you select 'Go Advanced' you will see that in order to see it like should be you have to click this button to have full WYSIWYG working

        Does anyone get me?

What I am asking is: Can it be set to be on full EDIT by default, so as soon as someone clicks the 'Edit' then 'Go Advanced' buttons it's on full showing the full formatting (web pics and all) like it used to be before the 3.5.0 update

        Thanks for your time

Edit my first post to make things a little clearer

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Message Posting Interface Options -> Enable Clickable Message Formatting Controls

Is WYSIWYG enabled for the quick editor and full editor?

OK just re looked over this and I found this:

It will work as it should (how it use to) only when the WYSIWYG edtior is enabled on all three options EG, Full Editor-on, Quick Reply-on and Quick Edit-on.
However it does not work as it should if I set the Quick Edit to 'standard controls'.

Maybe thats something I cant change.

Anyway thanks for all your help guys, I dont think we will get an answer to this.
